Having done so for many years, we are not currently offering a Yoga class. Please contact us if this would be something that would interest you, as we are seeking to record interest.

Pilates with Jenny

Pilates is great low impact exercise for people who aren’t fully fit. It strengthens your core muscles and improves your posture and can improve flexibility, joint mobility and relieve stress and tension. This fun class is open all sexes and ages.

Centre Sports

This volunteer-led activity is aimed at keeping you active and mobile. How about trying out table tennis or walking football? FREE DROP-IN SESSION, refreshments available.

Table Tennis Tuesdays

The joy of Ping Pong or Whiff Whaff – whatever you call it, come and play every term time Tuesday, 1:30pm-3:00pm We have 4 full size tables and enough room in our large hall for singles and doubles.
